1. Booking
Bookings can be made at any time up to 24 hours before the service through the website www.menorcabus.com, in the transfers section.
The minimum information required to make a booking is:
- Type of service: arrival or departure
- Flight arrival time
- Flight number
- Customer name (the name of the person making the booking is sufficient)
- Destination
For departure services, it will be necessary to indicate:
- Pick-up time (hotel pick-up time, not flight time)
- Flight number
- Departure hotel
- Booking name
The customer must be at the pick-up point at least 5 to 10 minutes before the time indicated in the booking.
2. Confirmation
Once the booking has been made, the customer will receive a confirmation by email at the address provided during the purchase process.
The general terms and conditions of the service will be sent together with the confirmation.
3. Meeting point
In the case of airport arrivals, the customer must go to the Central de Autocares office desk, following the instructions included in the document attached to the confirmation.
In the case of departures, drivers will wait outside the hotel, in the designated passenger pick-up areas, at the time previously agreed in the booking.
4. Cancellations
Transfer service cancellations will be free of charge up to 36 hours before the date and time of the service.
If cancelled within this period, the full booking amount will be refunded.
5. Children
Baby seats or booster seats can be booked at the time of making the reservation through the website.
The service cost will increase by €8 (VAT included) per unit and per journey.
